RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
we offer 30-day money back guarantee on all unopened or damaged items. if items are returned within 30 days we will issue a full refund or exchange. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund or replacement as well.
- Only products that have been purchased directly from RONAQUA, can be returned to RONAQUA.
- You are Responsible for shipping costs.
- You are responsible for the cost of insuring the product during return shipping.
- RONAQUA products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.
For authorized returns, RONAQUA will refund the full purchase price of the product (excluding shipping and handling) when the product is received AT OUR warehouse. Once received, we will initiate the refund process:
- Your package will be identified and marked as received.
- The package may be inspected to confirm that it contains everything originally included with the product.
- Your refund will be processed in accordance with the original payment method(s) used for the order.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 15 business days of receipt of the returned product. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you purchased the product in an online marketplace such as Amazon or eBay, your refund will be initiated in the marketplace within five business days of receipt of the returned product.
- If you used gift cards for your purchase, you will be issued a gift card for the amount of the return within thirty days of receipt of the returned product.
How should I return my item?
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Items must be in original packaging. Please include the original packing slip together with the item being returned. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for all returned products.
Where Do I find the Return Merchandise Authorization number?
- Go to your Account. Orders that contain items eligible for return – 30 days old or less – will have a return link.
- Enter the quantities you would like to return along with the reason, and follow any additional instructions.
- You will have the opportunity to have a return-shipping label generated for you. If you choose not to use a label provided by us, please ship your package back to us at the following address:

What about items received as a gift?
we are happy to help you with this. please call 718-517-8877 for assistance. Please provide an email address, first and last name or zip code of the gift giver and we will get your return process started for you.
What about Damaged, used, or missing items?
upon receiving your items, it is best if you inspect them for damage or missing items. if your product is either damaged or has missing items, please contact us immediately so we can re-ship your product to you. you can reach us at press here or at 1-718-517-8877.
What’s your order cancellation policy?
if you contact us before the shipment of your order (usually 24 hours) you may cancel your order. if your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order, but you may return it within 30 days.
What if I refuse my shipment?
if for some reason you refuse shipment upon delivery and your order is returned to us in the qualifying condition, we will give you a 100% refund.
What if the order never arrives?
if the shipping address you provided is undeliverable and your package is returned to us, the total price of the product may be credited to you. Alternatively, we can reship the product to you once we update your shipping address or method, however, you will be charged extra for shipping expenses.
